CoachTalk started with more than 30 years of experience inside golf, but turning that experience into a connected coaching product required much more than golf knowledge.
The product brings together software engineering, AI, cloud infrastructure, data architecture, voice technology, product design and continuous testing.
The MindGame System™ provides the coaching framework. The technology connects conversations, rounds, practice and captured golf across the Phone App and WebApp.
The result is a connected coaching environment designed specifically around the golfer.
Why I Built CoachTalk
After more than 30 years in golf, I kept seeing the same gap.
Golfers had swing coaches, launch monitors, GPS, statistics and more information than ever. But so much of what actually shaped their golf was still disappearing between rounds, practice and lessons.
The decisions. The reactions. What they were working on. What changed under pressure. What kept repeating.
Watching my son play competitive golf made that even clearer to me.
I wanted to build a coach that could connect those pieces over time.
That became CoachTalk.

Dirk Delfortrie is a PGA Member since 1996, entrepreneur and product creator with more than 30 years in golf. His career has spanned coaching, golf operations, leadership, product development and building businesses inside and outside the game.
CoachTalk brings those experiences together around one idea: Understand the golfer more completely, then coach what matters most.
