1. Our aim
CoachTalk aims to make its website, account and membership journeys, WebApp and Phone Apps usable by as many adults as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing part of product design and testing. This statement does not claim that every part of the service already conforms to a particular standard.
Our working design reference is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where it applies to the relevant technology. This statement does not claim a legal exemption or replace any applicable obligations under Directive (EU) 2019/882 and Portuguese Decree-Law 82/2022.
2. Scope
This statement covers coachtalk.golf, the CoachTalk WebApp at app.coachtalk.golf, the CoachTalk Phone App on supported iOS and Android devices, and related signup, subscription, privacy and support journeys controlled by the Company. The legacy WebApp address app.fococo.ai requires separate review until retired.
External payment, app-store and other provider interfaces may have different accessibility features and limitations.
3. Design and support measures
We work towards meaningful headings, clear labels, keyboard access, visible focus states, sufficient contrast, usable controls and touch targets, text-resize support, accessible errors, text alternatives for informative images and audio/video alternatives where appropriate.
Voice-led onboarding can assist some people but must not be the only available way to understand important information. In version 1.5, name entry is by text. Device microphone permissions are required only for relevant user-initiated features.
4. Current conformance status
CoachTalk is evolving. We have not established complete independent WCAG 2.2 AA conformance across all channels. Some screens, changing interactive components, third-party integrations or older content may still present barriers.
We particularly prioritise problems that prevent registration, login, purchase, coaching access, subscription management, cookie preferences, data export or deletion.
5. Contact and assistance
If a barrier prevents you from understanding information or completing a task, email support@coachtalk.golf, subject Accessibility. Please describe the page or screen, the difficulty, device, operating system and any assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing those details. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
We will assess your report, explain any practical alternative we can provide and prioritise essential access and account-rights problems. We do not promise a fixed resolution deadline for every issue.
6. Review and applicable standards
We review this statement as the service changes. Our accessibility approach is informed by WCAG 2.2, Directive (EU) 2019/882 and applicable Portuguese implementing legislation.
