1. Messages needed for your account
CoachTalk may send emails needed to operate or secure your account, such as email verification, password reset, changes to your account, payment information, subscription notices, important product or policy changes and replies to support requests. These are different from optional promotional emails.
For new accounts that require email verification, CoachTalk uses a 48-hour verification window. The deadline stored for your account and shown in the service is authoritative. Existing trial start and expiry dates are not restarted by a resend or recovery attempt. Access may be restricted until verification is complete. A temporary delivery outage or an unknown delivery result is not treated as proof that your mailbox does not exist.
2. Optional newsletters and promotional messages
If you separately request it, we may send CoachTalk news, the MindGame Journal, community information, product announcements or special offers. Marketing consent is not required to create or use a CoachTalk account. Where the law requires opt-in, the choice must be an affirmative, unticked option and separate from accepting the Terms.
We will not treat acceptance of analytics or marketing cookies as consent to join an email mailing list. Likewise, joining a Facebook group or watching a TikTok LIVE does not by itself subscribe you to CoachTalk promotional emails.
3. Trial and membership communications
Messages about an active trial, verification deadlines, renewal, cancellation or changes to a purchased service should be reviewed to distinguish necessary service communications from promotional offers. A message that advertises an unrelated product or promotional campaign may require separate marketing permission.
4. Unsubscribe and preferences
Every marketing email should provide an effective unsubscribe method. You may also request an opt-out by contacting privacy@coachtalk.golf. We may retain a limited suppression record so we do not contact you again against your choice. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary account or transactional messages while relevant.
5. Newsletter form status
Website newsletter signups are currently unavailable. You can read the MindGame Journal on the website without joining a mailing list. This page does not mean that an email-delivery programme or a newsletter subscription has been activated.
