1. Golf coaching, not medical care
CoachTalk helps golfers reflect on decisions, focus, confidence, routines, pressure, reactions and performance. It does not diagnose, monitor, prevent or treat a medical or mental-health condition. The service is not psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric care or emergency support.
Some coaching replies are generated using AI and may be incomplete, unsuitable or inaccurate. Do not treat them as a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare professional or sports psychologist where that guidance is needed.
2. Your judgment matters
You decide whether to use a suggested reflection, exercise or routine. Stop if an activity causes distress or seems unsafe. Consult a qualified professional for persistent anxiety, depression, injury, trauma, addiction or other health concerns.
The MindGame System's Focus, Confidence and Control pillars are golf coaching concepts, not medical diagnoses or validated clinical scores.
3. Urgent situations
CoachTalk isn't monitored as a crisis channel and cannot contact emergency services on your behalf. If somebody is at immediate risk of harm, stop using the app and contact your local emergency number or an appropriate crisis service.
4. On-course and device safety
Do not use the Phone App, microphone or screen in a way that distracts you while driving, operating equipment, walking in an unsafe location or playing a shot. Follow course rules, the rules of golf, local law and any directions from course staff. Use the app only when it is safe to do so.
5. Contact
